本団体は、極真空手の発展ならびに武道の普及・振興を使命とする国際的な組織です。
IBMA-KYOKUSHINKAIは、「KWU SENSHI」のアライアンスメンバーとして、その理念と活動を全面的に支援しております。
なお、当道場の首席師範である増田章は、「KWU SENSHI」の会長に就任しております。
以下に掲げるのは、増田が会長就任に際し承認を求めたミッション・ビジョン・バリュー（MVV）であり、現在改訂作業中です。
正式なMVVにつきましては、公式ウェブサイトをご参照ください。
This organization is an international body committed to the advancement of Kyokushin Karate and the promotion and enrichment of martial arts as a whole.
IBMA-KYOKUSHINKAI fully supports the philosophy and initiatives of KWU SENSHI as an alliance member.
Furthermore, the Chief Instructor of our dojo, Akira Masuda, currently serves as the President of KWU SENSHI.
The Mission, Vision, and Values (MVV) outlined below were those presented by Masuda at the time of his appointment, and are presently under revision.

MISSION（武道の使命達成に向けて Toward the fulfillment of the mission of Budo）
以下は公式のMVVではありません。増田が代表に招かれた際、提出した提言です。
武術の原点 ― 尊厳を護る道”The Origin of Martial Arts ― The Path to Protect Human Dignity”
武道の原点は、他者との真摯な対峙にある。
他者との対峙は、自己との誠実な対峙へとつながり、
自己との誠実な対峙は、自己の可能性への挑戦を促す。
その挑戦は、自己を信じる心によって支えられ、
やがては自己の尊厳を生かす道へと結実する。
すなわち、私たちが追求する武道とは、
他者の尊厳を護り、かつ自己の尊厳を護る道を歩むことである。
その価値を社会において高めていく「人間の道」こそ、
私たちが武道と呼ぶものである。
The essence of Budo in the earnest encounter with others.
Through the confrontation with others, one is led to a sincere confrontation with oneself;
and through this sincere confrontation with oneself, the challenge of realizing one’s potential is awakened.
Such a challenge is sustained by the spirit of self-belief,
and in time, it blossoms into a path that affirms and upholds one’s own dignity.
Thus, the Budo we pursue is the path of safeguarding the dignity of others,
while at the same time safeguarding our own.
To elevate this value within society is to walk the true “Way of Humanity,”
and this, we declare, is what we call Budo.
伝統と革新の融合”Fusion of Tradition and Innovation”
KWU SENSHIは、伝統を単に保存するのではなく、
伝統に内在する普遍性を現代に活かし、新たな武道の創造を目指す。
その教育は、伝統的かつ革新的な姿を体現する人材を育成することにある。
“古くして新しい武道教育”―それこそが、KWU SENSHIの使命である.
KWU SENSHI does not seek to preserve tradition alone.
Rather, we aim to revitalize the universal values embedded within tradition,
and to create a new form of martial arts.
Our education aspires to cultivate individuals who embody both tradition and innovation.
“An ancient yet ever-new martial education” ― this is the mission of KWU SENSHI.
VISION（行動規範の確立のために For the establishment of a code of conduct）
SENSHIスピリッツ宣言”SENSHI Spirit Declaration ― With Integrity, Resolve, and Courage”
KWU SENSHI武道精神の核心は、敵を排除することではなく、敵との和解と共生の道を切り拓く光となることである。
その本質は、一人ひとりが修練を通じて得る「悟り」にほかならない。
The core of the KWU SENSHI spirit is not the destruction or exclusion of an opponent, but rather to become a guiding light that illuminates the path of reconciliation and coexistence.
Its essence lies in the “enlightenment” (satori) attained only through personal practice and experience.*
VALUE（私たちの価値創造 Our Creation of Value）
１） リーダー育成の目的”Purpose of Leadership Development”
KWU SENSHIは、その悟りを人生に活かし、自己を高め、他者を生かし、広く社会に奉仕・貢献するリーダーを育成することを目的とする。
*KWU SENSHI seeks to cultivate leaders who, guided by such enlightenment, enrich their own lives, empower others, and dedicate themselves to service and contribution within society.*
リーダーの原則”Principles of a SENSHI Leader”
- 誠実に〜人を愛し、誠実に行動する。
- 断固として〜理法を守り、毅然と行動する。
- 勇敢に〜自我を抑え、利他を尊び、勇敢に行動する。
- Sincerely ~ love people, and act sincerely.
- Resolutely ~ uphold the principles, and act with dignity.
- Bravely ~ restrain the ego, honor altruism, and act bravely.
この原則のもと、個の自由と尊厳を護り、良心に従い、邪心に惑わされない生き方を示す。
また困難に立ち向かい、勇気をもって挑戦する者を、私たちは “SENSHI” と呼ぶ。
In accordance with these principles, SENSHI leaders safeguard freedom and dignity,guided by conscience and unswayed by corrupt intent.
Those who confront adversity and rise with courage ― they are whom we call “SENSHI”
２）国際交流の推進”Promotion of International Exchange”
KWU SENSHIは、セミナーや競技大会を通じて、一人ひとりが社会という大地に根を張ることを支援する。
さらに、言語・宗教・民族・国家・文化の多様性を尊重し、交流と理解を促進する公共的な場を創出する。
Through seminars and competitions, KWU SENSHI supports each individual in establishing deep roots within society.
We also respect the diversity of languages, religions, ethnicities, nations, and cultures,and create public platforms that foster exchange and mutual understanding.*
３） 平和を築く「心眼」の養成”Cultivation of the “Mind’s Eye” for Peace”
KWU SENSHIの武道は、強大な攻撃力を求めるにとどまらず、防御力と攻防技術の修得を重視する。
その究極の目的は、戦いを未然に防ぐ「心眼」を養うことにある。
KWU SENSHI martial arts do not merely seek overwhelming offensive power.
We emphasize the acquisition of defensive strength and the mastery of offense and defense.
Ultimately, our highest goal is to cultivate the “mind’s eye” that prevents conflict before it arises.*
４） 心身の健康と成長の促進”Promotion of Mental Growth and Lifelong Health”
KWU SENSHIは、心の成長を促すとともに高齢者を含むすべての人々の心身を支え、健康寿命を延ばす武道の普及に努める。
KWU SENSHI promotes martial arts that nurture inner growth,support mental and physical well-being for all generations, including the elderly,and contribute to extending healthy life expectancy.*
５）尊厳の自覚と人間性の回復”Awareness of Dignity and Restoration of Humanity”
武術の修練を通じて自己の可能性に挑み、尊厳を自覚し、より善き人生を築くことを後押しする。
Through martial training, individuals are encouraged to challenge their potential,become aware of their dignity, and build a more virtuous and fulfilling life.*
６）卓越した設備と研究基盤”World-Class Facilities and Research Foundation”
KWU SENSHIの強みは、豊かな経験を有する専門家と国際的に開かれた研究・教育環境にある。

- 世界各地の武術を体系的に研究
- 誰もが習得可能な独自カリキュラムを開発
- 将来的には言語、文化、教育、他の国際的リーダーを育成する大学設置を目指す。
The strength of KWU SENSHI lies in experts with rich experience and an internationally open research and educational environment.
- At the KWU SENSHI headquarters in Bulgaria, state-of-the-art research facilities are established.
- Systematic research on martial arts from around the world.
- Development of an original curriculum that anyone can master.
- In the future, the establishment of educational institutions (such as universities) aimed at fostering language, culture, education, and other international leaders shall be pursued..
