The purpose is not to control affiliated organizations.
It is to maintain trust and effective cooperation.

Regular activity reporting is generally expected once a year.
The Office will provide information about submission timing.
Additional reports may be requested when necessary.
Important changes may also be reported at any time.

Serious Accidents and Important Issues
Serious accidents or significant safety concerns
should be reported promptly.
Do not wait for the regular reporting period.
The same applies to serious ethical or legal concerns.
The Office may discuss appropriate action individually.
Changes to Public Profile Information
Activity reports are intended primarily
for internal review and administration.
They are separate from public profile information.
If your representative, address, schedule,
photographs, or public links have changed,
please also update your official profile information.
